There are two bus runs at Kuratau School
Run 1. Kuratau
A ministry funded service with no charge to parents. This service covers our catchment area from the Waihi hill to Te Putu road on the Western access. Children living beyond these points are eligible for transport assistance
Run 2. Turangi
This run is a user pay run. It services out of zone students.
Cost per day is $7.50 per person.
Parents are to pay on line directly into the ANZ BANK 06-0471-0055454-17 Please do not pay any bus money into any other school account.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
N0 discounts will be given. There are no discounts or refunds for children away sick or away that day. We are charged by GoBus even if your child is away.
Morning runs
Turangi - depart Go Bus depot at 7:20 am. There is a $7.50 per day charge for all children that live beyond the Waihi hill.
Tokaanu & Waihi Village children will be collected from the old BP station.
Western Access – 2.6km beyond Karangahape Road depart at 7:30 am
Afternoon runs
Turangi - depart school at 2:40pm
Tokaanu & Waihi Village children will be delivered to the old BP station.
Western Access- Karangahape Road - depart school at 2:40 pm
Moerangi Run departs school at 2.25pm
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Unless a written note or phone call, are delivered to the school office or child's teacher the children will always be delivered to their usual bus stop.
